The Paris Saint-Germain midfielder has moved to dismiss reports that he had enlisted the services of the controversial agent

Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti has quashed rumours that he has enlisted the services of controversial agent Mino Raiola.

The Italian representative handles the affairs of stars such as Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Mario Balotelli and it had been reported that he had added the young schemer to his roster.

However the Italy international has now moved to deny that he is working with Raiola, reaffirming his loyalty to current agent Donato Di Campli.

“With respect to the reports and rumours of negotiations with Mino Raiola, I can categorically deny any kind of agreement or presumed agreement," the 20-year-old posed on his Facebook page.

“I reiterate that my interests are and will continue to be looked after by lawyer Donato Di Campli, someone in whom I place my complete confidence.”

Marco Verratti joined PSG for a fee of €12 million in 2012, the same summer as other two other Raiola clients, Ibrahimovic and Gregory van der Wiel moved to Parc des Princes.
